This is one piece of equipment where I come across the most problems. Mainly the problem is of it not being worn!!! 

   

Let me tell you, knees are something that you should not take for granted. All it takes is 1 shot and your knee could be done for life. 

 

So the next time you think you don't need them, or you don't feel comfortable with them on, just think to yourself do I value walking!!!
