• Daily 2,5 hours On-Ice training (Power Skating + Technical + Game situations with Snipe & save style)

• Daily Off-ice athletic training

• Daily Mental Game/Motivation Classroom seminars

HOW THE CAMP WORKS

Our recreational hockey camp is specifically designed for adult players and goalies, catering to a wide range of skill levels, from those who are just starting out to those who are more ambitious and have experience in amateur athletics. We welcome a diverse group of participants, creating an inclusive environment where individuals from various backgrounds and skill levels can come together to enjoy the sport. We encourage everyone who is eager to improve their hockey skills, and who are ready to embrace the camaraderie that comes with team sports to join us. Participants can expect an exciting experience filled with laughter, learning, and the physical challenges that come with playing hockey. Good times are guaranteed, along with the inevitable sore muscles that come from engaging in such an energetic and rewarding activity!

GOALIE TRAINING

We train the modern Canadian system, which places great emphasis on technique and positioning, rather than on speed, and then builds upon that to help you get faster while being technically sound. It is important for a goalie who wants to dominate to be both technically sound and fast, not just fast. Our training system is very simple and can be easily installed in beginner, intermediate, advanced and professional goalies.

SEMINAR

We will discuss game situations, specific preparation before the game and a healthy diet for better performance. The main focus of our seminars is a mental game. We've prepared PowerPoint presentations with modern hockey themes.

 

ATHLETIC TRAINING

The different athletic methods all aid in the development of a more mature, physically and mentally balanced athlete.
